My name is Chris Endall and with my wife Nancy we recently purchased a 2bd 2ba condominium through your agency with Lisa being our agent.

We are from the US and originally purchased in February of this year a condominium just north of Porto in the town of Vila do Conde. We thought it would be a wonderful summer spot. We decided to look into Lagos as a compliment to Vila do Conde and that’s when we met Lisa through a listing of yours on the internet. After meeting with her and looking at a few places, she showed us a wonderful fully furnished condo that happened to be her exclusive listing. By the end of the weekend we made an offer and it was accepted.

But the reason that I am reaching out to you is to let you know how pleasant it was working with Lisa.

We have bought and sold several properties in the US but have never have met an agent that truly spends the time to get to know you and find out what would be best to show you versus wasting our time just showing anything for sale in our price range. She quickly figured out what would be the best fit for us.  She made the experience feel very personal to her.  Not only was she there from the beginning but we quickly realized that she would be a person who would stay close throughout the process and even after.  She was a professional who not only knew her business but knew the area so well and kept up with her clients after the closing.
